What we sell

Three sprint options on the menu. Zero BS.

Fixed price, fixed timeline. Buy one focused sprint: Vision & Mission, GTM Evolution, or Community & Environmental Stewardship. If it solves the problem, buy the next one later. Many clients solve what they need in a single month and stop there. That's a successful outcome!

01

Vision & Mission

Length
4 weeks
Ask about Vision & Mission

The company has a strategy. It does not have a core purpose anyone can explain without a deck.

The foundational vision, strategic mission, and positioning principles you can articulate anywhere: to investors, teams, and buyers alike.

How it runs

Weeks 1 & 2: Discovery & Strategic Alignment

Six to eight leadership and customer interviews, auditing existing materials, ambition, and competitors. Followed by a half-day workshop (on-site where possible) to force the critical choices: locking in your vision, mission, target audience, and non-negotiable boundaries.

Weeks 3 & 4: Framework Design + Vision & Mission Rollout

Drafting your core narrative, strategic pillars, and actionable principles, followed by a joint review to refine alignment. Includes final revisions and a live handover session to embed the new framework across leadership, marketing, and sales.

What you get

  • A concise vision and mission statement (defining your purpose, market direction, and core differentiator) usable everywhere.
  • A foundational strategic narrative: core pillars, positioning rules, and approved brand claims.
  • An execution framework mapping how vision translates across internal leadership, sales, and external messaging.
  • A complete messaging blueprint for your primary touchpoint, proving how the new vision applies in practice.

Not included: Long-form content execution, website design/build, or detailed campaign production.

02

GoToMarket Evolution

Length
4 weeks
Ask about GoToMarket Evolution

Ruthless GTM prioritization meets autonomous conversion for the 3-second economy.

To actually win the market, you need three things: a clear-eyed assessment of your readiness, the discipline to drop what isn't working, and a commercial message built to convert autonomously.

How it runs

Weeks 1 & 2: Diagnosis, Pruning & Architecture

A readiness audit and prioritization workshop to benchmark digital capabilities, cut commercial friction, and map customer journeys. We rebuild your story for a zero-attention economy, creating a narrative designed to convert autonomously across touchpoints.

Weeks 3 & 4: Integration, Packaging & Handover

Refining the messaging framework and translating it into core sales deliverables. We package the scorecard, journey maps, messaging blueprint, and commercial deck, ending with an interactive handover so your team executes without us in the room.

What you get

  • GTM Readiness Scorecard & Friction Audit, identifying growth blockers and immediate prioritization choices.
  • Dynamic Customer Journeys Framework, mapping high-intent buyer paths for autonomous conversion.
  • The Autonomous Messaging Blueprint, human-compelling and machine-legible narrative for all digital touchpoints.
  • 12–16 Slide Commercial Deck, executive-ready narrative built for high-stakes investor and sales conversations.

Not included: Technical MarTech implementation or software deployments. We engineer the strategy, journey architecture, and messaging models.

03

Community & Environmental Stewardship

Length
4 weeks
Ask about Community & Environmental Stewardship

Purpose is a paragraph in the deck. It does not show up in the work, so nobody believes it.

The non-commercial claims that define your actual impact: community purpose, environmental commitments, and defensible proof integrated directly into your brand narrative.

How it runs

Weeks 1 & 2: Discovery & Stewardship Blueprint

We audit your existing ESG commitments, community initiatives, and stakeholder data. We define three strategic impact themes, establish clear narrative guardrails, and set up a repeatable interview-to-draft workflow designed for authentic storytelling.

Weeks 3 & 4: Co-Creation & Execution Habit

We co-create eight core stewardship pieces with your team, with your subject matter experts authoring at least three to build internal muscle memory. If nothing is written internally by week three, the sprint fails and we call it out.

What you get

  • A Stewardship Publishing Blueprint, three core impact themes, two content formats, and one primary channel focus.
  • Eight defensible stewardship assets co-created and edited against strict compliance and narrative guardrails.
  • A repeatable interview-to-draft engine enabling your internal teams to capture authentic impact stories continuously.
  • A 90-day execution roadmap & operational templates giving your team total independence after the sprint.

Not included: Ongoing ghostwriting, community management, ad spend.

Terms, in plain language.

  • Two revision rounds

Included per deliverable. A third round is a new piece of work, and we'll say so rather than quietly absorbing it.

  • Your time is in the contract

Six hours of founder time and four customer interviews. Without them we're guessing, and the work fails.

  • Week-one exit

You see the direction before the writing starts. If it's wrong, we stop and you pay only the deposit.

  • On site when it matters

Kickoff, the main workshop, and handover. Everything else is remote. Travel billed at cost.

  • A free check-in at 30 days

Booked at handover. An hour to see what stuck and what drifted.

  • Scope on one page

After the call, a one-page proposal with scope, dates, and what we need from you. Commercial terms discussed privately, not on the website.

The questions everyone asks.

Why not just hire a PR firm?+

A writer executes a brief in a market already flooded with interchangeable text. We build your core strategy (whether for Vision & Mission, GoToMarket, or Stewardship) ensuring your mission is sharp enough for humans to trust and clear enough to survive constant repetition without drifting.

We have our market evolution mapped, we just need the creative.+

Then the first week will be a breeze. But ask three stakeholders to independently pitch your Vision & Mission, GoToMarket, or Stewardship strategy. If they all say the exact same thing, you genuinely do not need our help.

Can you do a smaller version?+

No. Below four weeks, we’d be guessing your GoToMarket context, Strategic Direction, or Stewardship impact instead of doing the research. And guessing is a service you can already buy elsewhere.

What if we don't like it?+

You see the foundational thesis of your Vision & Mission, GoToMarket, or Stewardship strategy sprint at the end of week one, before execution begins. If it misses the mark, we halt and you just pay the deposit.
